Lease Rates:

• Half Lease: $250
• Full Lease: $400

LaBrie Stables usually has a variety of horses available for lease or sale. From specialty horses to beginner safe. All horses currently available are listed below.

We have two different types of leases. Anyone leasing a horse will have first option to claim the horse for any shows/events during their lease period.

A Half Lease allows 3 rides per week. Half Leased horses may be double leased. The two Lessee's will have the option of sharing the horse for shows and other events.

A Full Lease allows you up to 6 rides for the week. With this option you will be the sole Lessee of this horse and will have first option to have the horse for every show or event.

Lease prices include partial board for the horse, shoes, and maintenance. There will be no extra fees during the lease period, however lessons and show fees are NOT included.

Completely bombproof QH mare available for lease. Great with kids or adults. Has been shown, used for lessons, trail, she has done it all. A half lease option is available for Nellie. Please contact Lindsay for more information on lease agreements.

Little Chip Cookie

Cookie is a 6 year old Appaloosa Mare. Quiet for beginners, kids or adults. Great in lessons, on trails and at horse shows. Ready to show in Hunter Under Saddle, Western Pleasure, Trail & Showmanship! She is very competitive. Cookie has also done gymkhana and was very good at it but she can only be shown lightly due to the beginning stages of arthtritis. However it doesn't affect her riding as long as she is not galloped. She stays sound as long as she is cared for. Suitable for any rider. Please contact Lindsay for more information on lease agreements.

Carousel Elladora

Eldora is a 7 year old Draft Cross Mare. She is safe and easy to ride in the ring or on the trails. An old pro on the trails, she goes through water, over bridges, will lead or follow. She is very forward and light off your hands and legs but stops like a reiner. Best suited for an older child or adult since she is big and can be intimidating to young riders.   King is a 6 year old registered Appaloosa gelding by Hotroddin Zippo. He is currently being shown in Hunter Under Saddle & Western Pleasure.
