LaBrie Stables 

LaBrie Stables offers lessons for both English and Western. We offer specialization in Pleasure, Equitation, Gymkhana, Showmanship, Trail and Reining instruction. Children and adults of all riding abilities are welcome. We focus on teaching our students proper ways to communicate with their horses and work to the best of their abilities. We believe that a solid foundation is most important for both horse and rider. Our lesson horses can be used or the rider can provide their own horse. We provide quality lesson horses with the safety of our students and the horses' ability to teach in mind. Our horses specialize anywhere from English and Western Pleasure, Reining to Gymkhana. We also have the "babysitters" for our young or nervous riders. All students will have the opportunity to show if they wish to once they have reached an appropriate level of experience, but it is certainly not required. If riders wish to take lessons on their own horses, they can trailer them in or pay a fee for us to travel to their property. Here we focus on making your riding experience the best it can be.

We are now offering "Practice Rides" for all lesson students. Excellent way to get in some more riding time!

All students are required to have boots with a 3/4" distinct heel and long pants while mounted at our facility.

 

Horseback riding approved helmets are mandatory for riders under the age of 18, but recommended for all riders.

Rates are as follows:

• Hour Private Lesson: $40
• Hour Group Lesson: $30 (2-4 riders)
  
• 1/2 Hour Private Lesson: $25 (for children 7 & under only)
• 1/2 Hour Practice Ride: $20

• 8 Lessons for $300
• 6 Lessons and 2 Practice Rides for $260
